Shipping policy

When purchasing an item please provide your address as it should appear on a shipping label, and make sure it is as accurate and complete as possible. Returned items will be assessed additional shipping costs, unless the issue was the fault of All Things Open. In the case of an error on the part of All Things Open, we will assume the cost to re-ship the item(s).
